As president of Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and Health Plan, Southern California Region, Julie Miller-Phipps’s overarching goal is to improve the health of more than 4.4 million members and their communities in an area that extends from Bakersfield to San Diego.

More than 71,000 employees collaborate with more than 7,200 Southern California Permanente Medical Group physicians to deliver high-quality, affordable care through the Region’s 15 hospitals and 227 medical offices.

Miller-Phipps, who has more than three decades of health care leadership experience, will share the current state of innovations and disruptions in managed healthcare and will discuss how to engage in procurement opportunities through Kaiser Permanente.
